Unfortunately, this was not an exact replacement but I had to use part of it since you have to take apart your phone in order to get to the parts that you want to replace. In my case, it was the back shell but you make some pieces unusable when trying to remove the current back cover. This is why I had to use some of the included parts to be able to put my phone back together. I could not use the back cover as it is not deep enough to house the insides of this phone. Lastly, since I had to use parts of this kit, I was unable to return it. This is NOT a "Genuine OEM Verizon Droid Razr XT912" shell.
